Oh yeah, baby! Got my confectionary mojo working! You should see Olivia stuff one of these in her mouth. She clearly has her mother's hedonistic gene. These fluffy delicious babies happened early Saturday morning. The gelatin bloomed in orange mango juice and was whipped with the usual hot syrup. Toward the end of the brutal 14 minute whipping session, I threw in a teaspoon triple sec. Owwwch!
