My love for Nick Malgieri grows more with each recipe. If it weren't for the fact that I already have a hot and sexy husband who cooks like the devil, I'd be pasting poster sized photos of the man all over my bedroom. Tonight, we had chocolate peanut butter cookies from his book. These were just simple cookies, but I couldn't help marveling at how succintly the recipe was written.
